PLEASE READ THIS PRIOR TO COMING TO THE CLINIC
We hope everyone is healthy during this pandemic crisis. We are following the Center for Disease Control guidelines.
Our Temporary hours are
Monday to Thursday 8:30am to Noon, 1:00pm to 5:30pm
Friday 8:30AM to 12:00PM
Veterinarians are designated as an essential service! As a result we have specific guidelines we must follow. We are to provide urgent and emergency medical care as well as initial puppy and kitten vaccinations. Also because of the human risk associated with rabies we can do those vaccines. We are not permitted to do routine or elective procedures. We will start doing those as soon as possible. We will continue to provide your pet with foods and medications.
1) ) When you arrive at the clinic remain in your car and call us. No clients will be allowed in the clinic with their pet.
2) If you do not have a cellphone…knock and then step back from the door. For food or products, you can place your order by phone. Provide us with your Visa or Mastercard number by phone. We will process it and give you a receipt if desired. If you plan to pay by debit it may take a bit longer.
3) Please do not gather at or crowd the clinic entrance. Maintain social distancing and be aware of your surroundings
4) Your pet must be on a leash or in a crate (we may have one we can lend you.
5) The doctor will come out and take your pet from you and may ask some questions at that time. We will then bring your pet into the clinic. Please wait in your car and be available by phone.
6) The doctor will communicate via phone or at a safe distance outdoors and return your pet after the exam. In some instances, you may be referred to an animal hospital if deemed necessary. Medications will be prepared immediately and payments can be made with Visa/Mastercard or debit as stated above.
7) After you have paid for your food and/or products it will be set on a table outside the clinic door or in some cases delivered to your car.
Please be patient with this process! It is not ideal and it is a work in progress. We are sorry in advance for any delays, inconveniences or misunderstandings!
